Jack Zenger is a world-renowned behaviorist and the premier authority on leadership development today. He has founded three highly successful training development firms including Zenger-Miller, named by The Wall St. Journal as a top 10 supplier of executive development, and is currently the CEO of Zenger Folkman.  He served as VP of Human Resources for Syntex Corporation, and a Group VP of the Times Mirror Corporation. He has served on the faculty at University of Southern California and later taught at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Jack is the 2011 recipient of the American Society of Training and Development’s Lifetime Achievement in Workplace Learning and Performance Award that is given to one person each year. In 1994, Jack was inducted into the Human Resources Development Hall of Fame. His colleagues in the training industry awarded him the “Thought Leadership Award” in 200. He has developed multiple award-winning leadership programs, influencing Fortune 500 companies and shaping the training & development industry. Jack has authored or co-authored 50 articles and 9 books on leadership, productivity, coaching, training and measurement.

Joseph Folkman is one of the original designers of the 360-degree survey assessment and a founder of two successful leadership development firms, Novations and Zenger Folkman. He has developed a unique, proven method to improve organizations and develop employees by building on strengths. He is a respected authority on assessment, feedback and change, and an acclaimed keynote speaker at conferences and seminars the world over. Dr. Folkman is recognized as a renowned psychometrician. His 30 years of expertise in survey research and change management, has led him to work with some of the largest organizations in the world including: AT&T, General Mills, Conoco Phillips, & Boeing. He has designed unique leadership measurement tools using data from over 500,000 assessments on almost 50,000 leaders. Dr. Folkman’s research has been placed in several publications including The Wall Street Journal’s National Business Employment Weekly, Harvard Business Review, Training and Development Magazine, and Executive Excellence. He has authored and co-authored seven books on leadership development including the best-seller The Extraordinary Leader: Turning Good Managers into Great Leaders.

Bob Sherwin is the Chief Operating Officer of Zenger Folkman, one of the world’s premier providers of leadership research, assessment, development, and implementation programs. He is also one of the firm’s senior leadership speakers, workshop facilitators, and executive coaches, working with clients and partners in the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. In addition to being the COO at Zenger Folkman, Bob was the CEO of Kaset International, the SVP of Operations and CFO of AchieveGlobal, and the CFO of Zenger-Miller. Bob was also the President of Industrial Training Zone, a groundbreaking provider of Web-delivered technical training in PLC’s and motion control. He is the co-founder and CEO of both FlipDog.com and WhizBang! Labs. FlipDog, an online recruiting website, was named by PC Magazine as one of the Best 100 sites on the Web. Bob is also a co-founder and board member of LiveWire Test, a developer of diagnostic equipment used to locate electrical faults in complex live wire networks.
